20th Annual Taste of the Hawaiian Range |Cafe Pesto – Hilo


On Friday, October 9th, Cafe Pestoʻs culinary team will be joining over 30 Hawaii chefs from all islands at the 20th Annual Taste of the Hawaiian Range event at the Hilton Waikoloa Village.

The “tastes” use 100 percent pasture-raised beef, pork, lamb, goat, mutton and wild boar—plus fresh island fruit and vegetables. Attendees graze at culinary stations while visiting vendor booths to meet the farmers and ranchers who grow our food.

Our crew will be using Lamb  and weʻre excited to see what theyʻve come up with!
